Throw them in the washer with color-safe detergents.

You can also insert them into a pillowcase to prevent the sole or plastic parts from getting possible caught in the agitator.

Hell no, don't put them in a washing machine. Sneakers in washer or dryer = EVA foam midsole cushioning breaking down MUCH faster than with regular wear.Buy some sneaker cleaner foam spray, or use a washcloth for spot treatment.
