Nike Flash Jacket Reflection question

I have a nike vapor flash jacket and would like it to be apart of a video im doing. Like this video, how can i sustain its reflection for more than just a picture w/flash without it looking like something is shining on me? any ideas?

I'm pretty sure the directions on the tag say wear it out in the sun for 50 minutes.

Just play flashing lights by kanye west as background music and everyone will imageryize ur jacket being flashy
