In my 20 years on NT, I might have started a thread once or twice, if ever. So apologies if I've missed this.
This afternoon I was in the Nike Santa Monica store. It had a boatload of Nike Flight gear on the racks for sale. I didn't take pics of all of it, so these photos are probably half of it at most--track suits, shorts, t shirts. I was a bit confused, as in, WTF is this all about? What actual footwear product is this stuff tied to? Super '90s vibe and materials, "updated for today" (my description, knowing how Nike rolls LOL).
The first thing that went through my mind was, are we about to get a bunch of retro '90s Flights like the Flight Lite 2s, etc? I am SURE this is not the case. So this lineup of apparel made no sense to me. It's probably tied to Kyries and PGs, or stuff like those dumbass Alpha Dunks ... ? If so, lame as ****. Regardless, it obviously caught my eye and made me take note.
