Nike System of Dress compression shirts?

I was looking into the Nike System of Dress and was wondering if they sold the compression shirts or if those are strictly team issued?  I am specifically interested in the Florida Gators shirts covered in the scales such as the one beneath the uniform here: http://nikeprocombat2010....hero_high_res.jpg.
