This actually helped me today. This past week I got a new CC, so i had to delete the old one from Paypal. When I saw the email for the win today, i was wondering why I didn't get an alert on my phone for the charge. Turns out, I never added the updated card to my account & SNS just used my backup funding source which was my bank account.

Including this one, I have won 2 raffles on SNS in my lifetime. 1 PP & 1 CC. So i don't think PP will help you win, but as others said, it will prevent a W from being declined.

Paypal was being weird late last last year, flagging these sneaker raffle purchases for the first time ever. But lately I haven't heard of it happening much. I hope it was a temporary issue that has been resolved, otherwise WELP.
