I think so, I was in Manhattan for a meetup and I saw a whole bunch of people with the domican flags. Nothing but spandex and tight white jeans

New York (WABC) -- Today is the 27th annual Dominican Day parade!

Dominicans will proudly display their culture down 6th Avenue from 36th Street to 59th Street.

The first Dominican Day parade took place in 1982 as a small festival in Washington Heights.

Now, nearly half a million people are estimated to enjoy the cultural celebration.
