My question is, is a half moon caesar looked down upon in the corporate world?
Those white folks in upper management will have brotha's like you driving a car, living in a place and doing a bunch of things you really can't afford. My question is, is a half moon caesar looked down upon in the corporate world? It looks clean to me, looks well kept depending on how it's done. At the same time, it can look wild tacky if it's not done right. But how do the white folks in upper management view it?
Dude that was a low key, and poorly-articulated way of saying that the half moon caesar, which I think is unprofessional, would only be looked upon as unprofessional based on racist premises. Can you be any more racially insecure about it? It's not about the man being black, it's about his immature, unprofessional appearance. C'mon breh....lemme just level the race field for you right now, since EVERYTHING on NT is related somehow to some racial injustice. It's not unprofessional, it will just make White people uncomfortable for what ever internal prejudice they already have about you.
Coming to work with only boxers and a durag is unprofessional. Coming to work with Vulgar words cut into your hair is unprofessional. A part is not.

Shaving a line in your head, as a black american male in a corporate environement (a REAL corporate environment, not a teller at BofA or something), will have you viewed as looking unprofessional. In fact, you might blow the interview with that issue alone.
Wanna know what else would be unprofessional? A white dude with the part shaved into his head, with his hair 3 inches long on top, while the sides are very short. You know the hair cut I'm talking about.
Keep it clean, keep it simple. There are ways to do that without looking like a stan 24/7. You think it's a coincidence that all the black dudes on LinkedIn, working in serious corporate environments, aren't rockin the half-moon caesar? They wanna look PROFESSIONAL, and not like a thirsty, young, yamb-hunting individual. You want to exude formality, and conservatism. Let your work ethic do the talking, not your hairstyle.
nothing....equally unprofessional.So what's the difference between cutting a nas-like part n your hair...
And parting a Dom Draper like part in your hair?
I know lots of IT dudes rockin polos to work. It's not the same. Young kid club haircuts don't look good with suits at a business meeting.Like I said I work in a Corporate IT environment, nobody gives a damn about hair styles. "Conservative" companies of today are typically run by old prejudice good ol boys. Unless your in sales/finance no company is tripping because you have facial hair or a part, and if they are, that probably isn't a place you want to work.
Bruh . . . Lmao. Not to thread jack, but didnt some guy make a thread asking about the half moon caesar, get zero replies, and then bump the thread exactly one year later lol. That was one of the funniest things i seen during my time on nt.

lol get over myself? What does that have to do with anything?Young kid club hair cuts? LOL get over yourself. A Part is a simple part, like I said anyone willing to trip over a damn part already have preconceived prejudice inside.
Well aksuited giving yall that white view so while it's rustling jimmies it will be a preview of white coworkers opinions
LOL that ain't no half moon caesar mr back peddler. And there def isn't any sort of line shaved into his head.Such unprofessionalism
iight a half moon caesar might be a push
How about a normal part?
It's not as bad as a half moon caesar, but that line has GOT to go. I didn't say it looks bad. It looks good. It's just not CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL. No lines in your head at all. Plain and simple. A part has to happen naturally, not with a shaved line.so yall think this is unprofessional?
