NT Detectives, help me get some more info on this scamming clown.

His name is Andrew Martinez, he is scamming people in my city with some paypal @+%+ i believe, he lives in Salem, Virginia...goes to a college out there and everything. deleted his FB real quick once he got like 4 people. 
this is taken from one of the dudes he got:

"Yes that dude. He tried to scam a guy I know from a Cali group. I posted this dudes kicks over there trying to get him some sells from there cause they cop a lot of kicks. Anyways well I got one of the guys to buy some ASG Kobe's from him or something and the dude sent to a different address or something and won't reply to texts or emails and he blocked the dude. But dude I know from Cali group had the PayPal protection so he will be gettin His cash back"

(this is all over a san antonio sneaker facebook group)

ANY help is appreciate it...just looking out for the dudes in my city.
