NT... Give Me Your Workout/Lifting/Pump Music

Yeah, I know, Pump up music threads are pretty common, but this is a bit different. I need music to lift to, my old list is gettin old, so I need to supplementit.

I have found it has to meet a few criteria for it to really work.
A)It must be rap. (See: All below)
B) It has to have a fast beat, no slow beats. (See: Kryptonite)
C) It has to be loud. The more screaming to better (See: Game- Scream On Em')
D) Anger helps. Easier to find that one good line that pushes you. (See: Eminem- Go To Sleep)
E) Must make you feel like a bad %$!$@$#+@#$%, word to Juels (Pulp Fiction) (See: Game- The Remedy "I'm hard as a mother@+*@%%* ounce of raw")

Remember The Name by Fort Minor, I'll second Til I Collapse by Em, Bumpin My Music - Ray Cash, #1 Stunna by the Big Tymers, some of T.I.'s stuff (yougot it already), the list goes on - lately I just go with the instrumental versions so the words & lyrics don't get in the way...

Don't know how hard you go but I find it better to lift crazy poundages when the only thing you hear is the voice in your head saying "You can liftthis"
