NT, recommend me a bicycle

since i recently got my motorcycle, and already have a car, i need to get a new bike. i'm not into cycling 50 miles and %+%*, just a good nice sturdy bike.i don't really know what all is out there, so post pictures if possible.
i just came across this one, and i think its pretty tight. but let me know what you all think. oh and i don't want to spend more than like three hundred. ihave seen some bicycles for like two grand, and for what i would be doing, it would not be worth spending that much

Look on craigslist for general terms that cover the type of bike that you want. Road, Track, BMX, etc...You will find a ton of great listings, bargain withsomething over your limit and bring it down to something you can afford.

You should probably look into Haro's but they can get expensive, but be myself haven't found any online retailers for Haro's... The company thatmade the LRG bikes are called Fit Co...

I think when Ben Baller showed the pics, I think he said 500 maybe 300 Im not sure... But before he mention Fit Co., I never heard of that company... Givea shot at a Haro and see how you like em

I was about to create a thread asking NT to help me or recommend me a bicycle... Never thought I create a thread on NT asking for help on such things since Itend to Google, Research, Compare, read related forums etc... do the homework myself... but im feeling lazy and ready to splurge on impulse (lol)

Anyways... I did a search and as a result I dont have to create the thread myself :-D

Enough jiberish... NT, to continue on with this thread recommend me a bicycle... I hear Trek thrown around a lot so I was looking at their site previous towriting this post. I like the "Jack" under "Mountain Hardtail" section.

Purpose of bicycle...
-So that I can go out riding say early Saturday morning with the fam (nephew), probably hit up the Bike trail for a bit
-Ride trails and see lakes, ponds, etc in my area I never knew exsisted (lol)
-Exercise
-Ride around the neighborhood
-Durabile, lightweight, non-expensive parts
-Pop a wheely here and there (to live my childhood days again), hence I wanted a BMX but a coworker was like get a Mountain Bike and pop wheelies
-sssssshet I don't know... what else... the usual stuff

I haven't rode a bike in a while... probably a year ago out on the beach I rented a beach cruiser just for kicks

Anyways... any help appreciated! Peace

^ The beach cruiser bike is something I want (maybe even a lowrider/chopper look, nice fork, old style Schwinn frame bicycle)... but thats down the road andfor "show"...

Right now I want something more for working out, recreational, bike trails, you know just an avg. joe usage...

I was just looking at Dahon (a coworker just told me to check out)... pretty neat because they fold too (better then using a bike rack)... and some dont looktoo bad...
