I have no problems depositing a check from Bovada. The ATM wont take it, you will have to take it to the teller to deposit because its an international check.

And just as a note, I bank with Chase.

My coworker banks with a local credit union and they're making him go through hoops and some 2 week process.

atm's won't take it most likely, because it's an international check so the routing numbers and whatnot work a little different. check should clear. 2 week wait isn't ideal, but also not the end of the world.

Are they really at liberty to ask? I understand it's better to make up some BS than to plead the 5th which makes them more suspicious.

i've had tellers ask before. i think it just raises some red flags if you're depositing a check for a large amount and it's not something they're used to like an international check. if it's a smaller amount maybe they dgaf.

Other than football, tennis is by far my favorite sport, so I do watch a ton of it. As far as playing, I'll go out and hit with my buddy or girl every now and then, but it isn't anything competitive. Just some post-workout or post-basketball hitting.

Have you withdrawn from 5D recently.? I'd be leery about playing there with the strange developments recently involving the owner.

I have absolutely zero concerns regarding getting paid by 5D. Tony might have been the owner, but he wasn't the only person in charge. It's a large operation. They've never done wrong by me, and they are, by far, the best book in the business, IMO.
