9 or 40 because of its ease of use.

What caliber would you guys say most people own? Speaking handguns only
Is there a huge difference between a 9 and a 40? I have a 9, but I always regretted not getting the 40.
One informal way of finding out is to check traffic on your favorite gun site. I just did a search for handguns on Armslist and saw the following (national) totals:What caliber would you guys say most people own? Speaking handguns only
Good info on this page, fellas.
For myself, I went with the 9mm because it was cheaper. That's about it.
Compared to .40 and .45, 9mm ammo has the best:

That green is
She finally got here.
Can't wait to put some rounds through it..
All facts here. Exactly why I went with 9mm. Great power, great capacity, great price, great handling.Compared to .40 and .45, 9mm ammo has the best:

1. Price
2. Availability (at least where I live)
3. Capacity (in the same size/class of gun)
4. Comfort/handling (recoil)
And if you use JHPs, the terminal effects in humans are pretty much a wash. So for me it was a no brainer.
How much is that green glock 26? In black it's $529
wow, dude who reported me for making a Penn State child molestation joke, who also has a Travon Avatar is all up in the NT Gun thread???Depends on the gun and if it's half or full. A half you can normally find for like $50 more. I want a full. A full normally $100 to $200 depending on the glock.

I'm not an AR guy, but just wanted to point out that a .308 has stouter recoil than the intermediate cartridges you're probably used to (5.56/.223, 7.62x39, etc). I've never shot it out of an AR platform, actually the rifles I've shot were heavier, and even then I didn't care for the recoil. Obviously it's nothing like an elephant gun, but I am much more recoil-sensitive for rifles than handguns (I can shoot .357 mag and .44 mag revolvers with no problems), so it was a deal-breaker for me. If you don't mind the recoil, it does have good ballistics, is available in a wide variety of loads, and is easy to find. But it may be overkill, depending on what you want out of your new rifle.
Anybody has any experience building an ar? that may be my next project thinking about going with a 308, 300AC, or 556 upper. What are the cons/pros for going with stripped uppers vs complete uppers. I'm looking at some PSA builds.
