so me and my gf will be going to ny for a few days. is staying near the la guardia airport a good thing ? that is where we will be landing and some hotels offer free shuttle service to and from the airport along with to the near by train station to get into the city. (staying here cause it's pretty cost effective. around $150-160 a night. in manhattan it's 2-300 easily)
we plan to shop one day in manhattan and one day at woodbury outlet. i believe the train takes like 20-30 minutes to get into manhattan ? be interested in shopping in the SOHO area first and then branch out from there. also, we'll need to buy bus tickets to get to woodbury outlets, whats the best one or best route to get there otherwise ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
