It's hard to be certain, but in my opinion I think they're real. However, this is one of the hardest shoes to authenticate and a lot of buyers will err on the side of conservatism. Here's my opinion.
1. The font on the zip tie looks authentic, many of the fakes don't have the "dotted" font so to speak, but rather something that looks like it came out of a printer
2. The rubber on the front of the shoe on fakes a lot of times comes a lot closer to the stitching, this one looks legit
3. The tag color looks right
4. Check the texture on the font on the shoelaces, if it has a texture that is good, fakes generally have a flat printed feel
5. The nike swoosh over the mesh part is solid throughout, on many fakes you can see the mesh part through the nike swoosh
6. The "AIR" text is bold like it is supposed to be
7. The text on the side of the shoe has the appropriate spacing between the lines of text
