QB - Manning, Hasselback
RB - AP, Addai, McFadden, Benson, Wells, Bradshaw
WR - Andre Johnson, Hines Ward, Bernard Berrian
TE - Carlson
Im looking to try to upgrade my running backs.
I give up Manning and Addai and I get Cutler and Ryan Grant.
Good move or no ?

I would go with Carlson. I believe the Seahawks will be alot better this year. I have a draft tonight, and might wait out on a TE and pickup Carlson. (HaveCooley on 2 other teams)

QBs- I like Manning this season...should be his consistent self once again and there's no reason to refute that. Hasselbeck should have abounce back year....he's not a guy you can depend on though if Manning goes down for any reason.
RBs- Eh...you have a great #1 option in AP obviously...but after that there are a lot of question marks. I really don't like Addai at all this season, Iexpect Donald Brown to have a huge workload right out of the gate, it's already being reported that Brown will be getting the goaline carries. I don'tlike any player in the Raiders offense and that includes McFadden. He has to prove himself to me before I'd be able to depend on him. The back I like moston your team (other than AP) is Beanie Wells. He looks like he's going to come in and contribute right away...if he solidifies himself as the #1 back inArizona then I think you'll be looking good.
WRs- Andre is a great #1 option...he's set up to have yet another big year. Ward is always consistent and I think Berrian will perform but he has to gethis timing down with Favre still, something they haven't had time to do yet because of Berrian's injury.
As for the trade...
I wouldn't do it. Manning will get you a lot of points but who is Cutler throwing to? Really no one. I wouldn't depend on him until he shows he canperform with the new offense that he's in. I expect Grant to have a nice year but like Cutler, he needs to prove himself. The two guys you would be gettingback have question marks, and Manning does not. Which is why I wouldn't do that trade. You know what you are getting in Peyton Manning.
