I pulled the trigger on the deal, gave up Rivers and Abdullah for Stafford and Woodhead.
Potential aside, I have Calvin and Tate so I felt like having Stafford puts me in a better spot if Russell Wilson (my starter) struggles.
Now that I have Woodhead to go along with Gordon and Gates, I can still reap the benefits if Rivers has a solid year. I've had Rivers the past 4 years, he's great the 1st half of the season but falls off down the stretch/fantasy playoff time.
Abdullah has a lot of potential as well but Joique Bell isn't a slouch and will not simply hand over his job without a fight (see Reggie Bush). Plus he's getting those goal line carries too. I already have Charles, Gordon, Ellington, Yeldon so I feel like there won't be a dramatic difference between Abdullah & Woodhead.
If my WR core stays healthy (Calvin, Sanders, Evans, Tate) then I'll move Tate for another RB if none of my current guys pan out or get hurt.
*crosses fingers and keeps an eye on the waiver wire*
