Main reason I was considering Lewis with Blount coming back, is based strictly on thinking he could fill that Vereen role.
But all signs point to Sankey for now.

Bills coach Rex Ryan says he won't be game planning for Patriots RB Dion Lewis in Week 2.
"(I) don't think we're gonna focus on that kid," Ryan said. "I can't even tell you that kid's name. But you're gonna focus on the guy throwing the ball, I'll tell you that much."[COLOR=#red] It's bulletin-board material, but it remains to be seen if the Patriots are going to focus on "that kid." I tend to ignore RW's spin on news blurbs, but I'm inclined to agree that Lewis is more of a FLEX play, IMO of the boom or bust variety.
Against the Bills, I'd probably look for other options.
