IMO Meza was good today...he did more than DiMaria and was actually taking guys on which is how you try and breakdown a wall of people.

I think if we held on to the 1-0 a bit longer we coulda gone on and scored 4 or 5. That 1 iceland goal let them continue with their parking the bus gameplan.

This Peru loss makes me feel better about the Argentina “loss”. The miss pk and countless clear goal options. I feel bad for all my Peru brethern out there.

First game Australia was frustrating France and played a good match lost on an unrepeatable chip shot.

Argentina dominated possession and completed 6x more passes but Iceland is huge as a team anything in the air was icelands. Messi missing that pk was bad, but he had chances with Iceland having 3 guys on him every time he touched the ball. Argentina is crazy talented individually but don't really mesh.. cosign on dybala needing burn.

Peru Denmark- Peru is exciting to watch, Farfan should taken the PK thooo, peru couldn't finish but Schmeicel was a wall.

I wish I didn't have to work this week been bumming since 6 am and watching Netflix in-between games, all the games have been exciting.
