CLOT > DIOR

SIDENOTE:
After looking at the shoes more, I'm feeling these actually. I wish the price wasn't so high and they had a regular release and were regular Jordan 1s. I love that beautiful shade of gray and we need more gray jordans in remastered form that wont rub away.

I kind of like the color blocking, and the colors chosen for that matter, on the Diors. Take the Black/White Jordan 1, change all the black parts with a light grey (except for the Swoosh), and make the outsole clear/icy? I’m in. But the Dior branding on the Swoosh, Dior pattern on the tongue, and contrasting black stitching are all a no go IMO.

Where do you see black contrast stitching?

That being said, if I were to spend $2k on a pair of basketball sneakers, I'd much rather spend $2k on a pair that retails for $2k than spend $2k on a pair that retails for under $200 (i.e. Frags, SoleFlys, Igloos, Rust Pinks, etc.). So I guess $2k isn't that crazy in the realm of sneaker collecting.
