I mad some Chicken Parmesan last night. Everything was made from scratch including the marinara sauce. 

Im starting to cook at home now because going out to eat is getting expensive and boring. Cooking at home has been saving me a bunch of money. This whole ended up costing me $12.00 It fed my family of 4 and I have left overs for dinner tonight. 

What do you guys think??

It was my first time cooking it, so I was kind of nervous so I only bought ingredients I needed. Next time I'll have it.

ive thought of getting a job in a kitchen just to gain some experience. culinary arts facinate me.

21 day- dry aged prime rib......

. The only thing that sucks for me is that I cant grill at home. I live in a condo with no balcony and no grill outside. So everything is done on the stove or in the oven.
