Russ only played ~17min which helped
but give credit where its due, Zu woke up int he 4th when he stopped being scared and just dunk the ball when he gets it instead of being scared and pump faking all the time
just keep taking it strong, no hesitation, if you get blocked you get blocked

As much as I hate "harden ball" aka spread the floor, run pnr, and let harden create,
There has to be stretches of that style for him to be effective. Imo
And that style with the best 2 wings he's played with can really really work.

also, kawhi getting the ball in the last moments doesnt exude confidence right now, his moves are just too slow and predictable and he isnt even being doubled
i think he needs to let harden or even pg do their thing and he can be a spot up shooter along with powell

in the last few games, when gets benched int he 4th he can be seen muttering “damn” over and over again especially when they kept losing
but the team is simply better without him on the court most of the time
to start the 4th, even the Clips commentators were like “thats Russ’ third 3 point shot and were not even 3 minutes in the 4th yet” and the teams are willing to keep letting him shoot it over everyone else, maybe even over Zu

zu is just the wrong player for it, he is too slow, looks confused, pump fakes too much, looks surprised when he gets the ball and doesnt go up strong… hes gotten blocked at least twice because he acting like he’s 6’3” out there
theis and plumlee are both better suited with harden
