MMAMADNESS.com has learned that both Natasha Wicks and Logan Stanton have been cut from the UFC as ring girls. Stanton's contract expired after UFC 107 and the UFC chose not to renew it. Wicks was cut before the expiration of her contract. Ring girl Arianny Celeste will remain on with the organization; as her contract has been recently renegotiated- explaining her absense from UFC 107.

MMAMADNESS.com has learned that both Natasha Wicks and Logan Stanton have been cut from the UFC as ring girls. Stanton's contract expired after UFC 107 and the UFC chose not to renew it. Wicks was cut before the expiration of her contract. According to sources, there will be only two ring girls from this point forward. Though it has not been officially announced, our insiders are being told Chandella Powell, a former playmate, will be the newest ring girl. It has yet to be released when Ms. Powell will start her official ring girl duties, though UFC 108 would be the obvious choice.

This is not the first time a former Playmate has graced the Octagon. At UFC 100 in July, former Playmate Holly Madison acted as a "guest ring girl" for the evening.

Sherk out of UFC 108
Sean Sherk has withdrawn from a lightweight bout against Jim Miller at UFC 108 on Jan. 2 in Las Vegas, Sherdog.com has confirmed with the fighter'smanager, Monte Cox.

Cox said the 36-year-old Minnesotan sustained a cut over his right eye that required multiple stitches. The former UFC lightweight champion had been promotedfrom a preliminary bout to face Miller on the main card only a week ago.

Sherk was also forced to pull out of a bout against Gleison Tibau at UFC 104 last October when he suffered a "Grade II AC separation" in his rightshoulder while rolling with a training partner.

Sherdog.com has learned that the promotion is seeking a new opponent for Miller for the Jan. 2 event.

With a mix of strong wrestling and striking, the 26-year-old Miller earned a second-round technical knockout against Steve Lopez at UFC 103 last September inDallas.
