Take a few million less to play with Paul George and Lonzo and still not win or compete for ****?

Boogie ain't about that life.

We’re gonna act like Boogie and PG wins you games now?

That team wouldn’t be better than the Twolves. They’re not better than the Rockets or Warriors, not even close. And every team you mentioned has a real good coach. Which the Lakers do not have either.

Unless you’re absolutely elite offensively, you need 2 way players almost at every position.

Lakers should continue building their core and try to add PG or Kawhi. Going after Cousins would be the wrong move.

The point is they would be signing PG as well and would have two way players at literally every other position in that starting lineup. Plus they’d have a dominant center as long as he comes back to form.

Cousins being dominant doesnt lead to any wins at all is the point i'm trying to make.

They won 35 games this year with Lonzo and Ingram both missing a good chunk of games. If both of them played 10 more games a piece they’re winning at least 40 games in Lonzo and Kuzma’s rookie year. The development of Lonzo, Ingram and Kuzma + adding PG and Cousins is winning you at least another 10 games. That would have been good for the 3 seed in the West this year.

not even just playing 10 more games.
we were in some tight games all year and couldve easily won 5 more if we closed out games properly

The Thunder brought in Paul George and won 1 more game than they did last year. The Pels were better after Boogie went down for the year.

If the goal is to maybe win 50 games, go right ahead. Still gonna get you smacked in the mouth by Golden State and Houston through the rest of PG and Boogie's primes.

Good enough to win 10 more games. I would think Laker fans have their sights set a little higher than that.

But if the goal is just simply to get to the playoffs....sure...drop a **** ton of money to bring in PG and Boogie.

They’d win at least 10 more. And there’s no telling how much longer the Rockets window is with 33 year old Chris Paul.

The current Lakers roster with PG and Cousins would be a better overall team than either of this year’s Pelicans or Thunder. They’d both be much better fits on the current Lakers roster than either of their former teams. They’d be extremely long and talented at every position in their starting lineup.

Winning those close games for the Lakers comes with experience. One of their young guys has to eventually emerge as a legitimate future all star. You cant compare them to the Sixers with Embiid/Simmons just yet.

They're gonna speed up this rebuild and **** it up. They've been patient for years now and finally got a solid group of young guys. If the right player is available (Kawhi) go for it, but Cousins? Nah man.

Idc if you have Lebron with Cousins, you're not winning with Cousins on your roster.

Having Zo at the 1 is really invaluable from a defensive perspective. You have unlimited defensive versatility with an athletic 6’6” guy at the 1.

Lakers are really gonna be a headache if he ever figures out the 3 point line.

I don't think Cousins would be getting a long term deal and it's not like we're trading any of the young guys for him.

Cousins isn't my first choice, but I'm all for signing all star caliber players while the young guys are still on cheap deals.

Really think the Lakers should just re-up randle and get pg and stay away from cuz

Mavs are desperate and Cuban doesn't like being *** for long

yea whatever that’s suppose to mean

This. His shot was so bad no one noticed how good he is at everything else. Lakers will be hard to beat when he grows up

Liangelo Ball got workouts scheduled with the Thunder , Suns, Lakers and Warriors.

35.5 vert leap and 6’9 wingspan too.
