Yea they are very slept on Shoe. I passed on them twice when they sat around for awhile. Other than the 3 OG colorways, these are my favorite retro Penny 1 Colorway.

If u got big toes i suggest not to size down. The sides gonna pinch the **** out of your pinky toes

Half size should work but I also have narrow feet so if you're really unsure just grab them from the store for the right fit.

i meant the mold where the swoosh is, they had noticeable bumps that showed up on some previous retros. The tongue in that on foot pic is short but thouht would look about normal once pulled up a bit, kind of like the og models. Is it real short on yours after putting them on?
