The Gaetz downfall is hilarious. McConnell used the last working piece of his spine to find enough senators to tell him to get lost. Imagine someone like Mitch thinking you're so deplorable and useless to the party that he won't even let you get to the confirmation stage. Mitch is a ghoul, but an incredible politician.
