just in case you're not being disingenuous, Yates's decision not to prosecute the ban and her reasoning has been echoed by numerous courts by now.

of course the ban wasn't only limited to Muslims and it didn't ban all Muslims, but if you read the decision from the different courts you'll see why it was seen as a religiously-biased ban. like Rusty is saying, part of it was because of trump and others making public comments, thus revealing the true intent of the ban, which is relevant to the issue at hand.

Where's the history lesson on the corruption that occurred after the disaster?

The money that was funneled and then used to advance personal gains.

The citizens that were promised manufacturing plants and other complexes to be built that would supply hundreds of thousands of jobs that only yielded less than 5% of the promise.

I find it Funny how a most recent issue is downplayed.

Unrelated but one of the most interesting parts of Yates testimony was that she refused to disclose whether senior WH official's were involved in the scope of their investigation or not...
