For increased visibility, here is the timeline I just finished revising. I underlined the most inculpatory parts and added a summary below. I believe a lot of timelines on Twitter miss key inculpatory events.

August 26: IC Inspector General briefs DNI Maguire on the whistleblower complaint.

On or in the next few days following August 26: The WH Counsel's office learns of the content of the whistleblower complaint.
DNI Maguire stated in his congressional testimony:
"Upon reviewing the complaint, we were immediately struck by the fact that many of the allegations of the complaint are based on a conversation between the president and another foreign leader. Such calls are typically subject to executive privilege. As a result, we consulted with the White House Counsel Counsel’s office and were advised that much of the information, the complaint was in fact subject to executive privilege."

"Late August": AG Barr is briefed on the whistleblower complaint

Either on prior to September 8: Sondland is told by Zelensky that he will bow to Trump/Rudy's demand for a public statement and will provide that statement during a CNN interview scheduled for September 13.

On September 9: Congress is notified of the whistleblower complaint

On September 11: WH lifts hold on the security aid

Summary of the most inculpatory events that took place a minimum of several days before the lifting of the hold on September 11:
1. Sondland hears from Zelensky that he will bow to Trump and Rudy's demand for the public statement. In short, Zelensky committed to delivering what they wanted.

2. WH learned of the existence and the content of the whistleblower complaint. The WH Counsel's Office reviewed the content of the whistleblower complaint at the request of Acting DNI Maguire, who sought advice. WH Counsel's Office advised Acting DNI Maguire after fully reviewing the content of the complaint.

The timeline elpablo21 elpablo21 posted earlier (see below) is an example of a badly flawed timeline that misses crucial inculpatory events.

Someone needs to ask "Why would trump put a hold on javelins if they were so important to Ukraine's defense against russia?"

The GOP has no shame. The same guy that is Putin's ***** is concerned with corruption in Ukraine? lol

nope.. just wanted an announcement.. didn’t give a shh about an actual investigation

just like he doesn’t actually care about Hillary’s emails.. or any of the other shh he talks about

he’s just wants some BS to tell the idiots who support him
