I went for the grey Cat Hoody, struck out. But the more I look at the colorways, the Green joint is nice. The colors contrast each other nicely.

At the end of the day it's a business for them.

They fully know about reselling and the hype it creates. Having 2-4 second sellouts gives people on the outside an impression that people are killing each other to get Supreme pieces.

In reality these pieces really aren't hyped at all and haven't been for the past 3 weeks.

I mean anybody with half a brain can look at a 2 second blue Cat In The Hat Hoodie sellout time and compare it to a 15+ second sellout time for a Box Logo Hoodie and see something's up.

As soon as people visit Supreme's site on a Tuesday and there are a majority of the previous week's items sitting they are in trouble. This is kind of happening with Palace right now. There have been tees (which always sellout in seconds / minutes if not always same day) sitting from previous week's drops. Kind of fine with me, since Palace was impossible to cop due to bot / shopify issues, and last season I wasn't able to get one tee I wanted.

I'm not sure if Supreme is making a ton more product or the hype is fading, but resale prices have been WAY down the last two seasons. Also not sure how much StockX plays into this, but something is definitely up.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to keep buying personal items for myself and my wife, but I think the days of supplementing personal pieces with selling others is coming to an end. The only items you can really make money on are ones I'd keep, like both color CDG Tees I kept from this season.

Also I'm really thinking hard about letting my Fender and Mini Bike go before the bubble bursts a bit. Never opened the bike, since my buddy down the street has a modded one lol

Decided to sit out on CITH hoody at the last minute since i live in Florida and can only wear hoodies for about 2 months max. Glad i saved myself the heartache.

Stuff has been flying off supreme heave since the CDG drop. I have a good feeling that they’re going to throw a monkey wrench to bots on the Bogo crewneck drop.

stockx plays a huge factor in whats happening in resale now, theres only certain items that will really spike

even limited releases dont sell out immediately like human races and stuff

I've stuck to the mentality that just cop for personal but if the chance comes along for you to come up a bit go for it
