honestly fam idk how you like your clothing but I always prefer a baggier look therefore my regular size is L....but I buy all my tops XL. And this fits like I would expect not crazy oversized just perfect ...but again....thats my taste. I wish I could be more help. If I had to answer I would say cop da M being that it's on da boxier side and not long per se
