No this track is dope.
But with that being said I will say this.
Post - Jail Wayne > Pre - Jail Wayne .
He WROTE his Light Up verse.. so that proves his writing should be on par if not better than that.
While this Pre Jail stuff is dope , its repetitive .

We in the building...
are all just about repeated each line.
Im glad NONE of these made C4.
Im glad he wants Tech N9ne on C4, proves hes back to some lyrically type @%@$ to me.
I honestly hope he drops the YM features , if any , on the new C4 to TYGA and Drake.
Once Dedication 4 drops, then Carter IV, his Pre-Jail stuff will be forgotten.
