Package from StockX stolen off my doorstep

Ordered Off White dunks from StockX & they shipped via DHL (which was a first from StockX). I authorized a signature release like I always do with DHL cause I’m never home & have never had an issue with this before. Got a text notification around 3pm yesterday that they were delivered, but when I came home around 6pm they were nowhere to be found. I called DHL & they opened a case, but can’t follow up with an investigation until Monday because it’s the weekend. StockX website doesn’t say anything about DHL, but they say if you change the shipping setting for fedex then you’re not eligible to file a claim. Am I completely screwed since I authorized a signature release?
