So I bought an item on ebay and now when I try to pay for it I keep getting an error message that says my payment cannot be processed at this time.
It only gives me the option to contact paypal customer service and I have emailed them and plan on calling as well although we all know just how horrible their customer service is.
Has anyone had the same problem before? I know it's not a funds problem because I have funds.
