PC on 2011 Jordan 11 lows and 2011 Jordan 6 rings

Just got a basic question, are these two shoes worth retail price? or should i wait for the price to drop before I purchase?

Also do you guys happen to know if these shoes ever hit the nike outlets?

Not sure about the Nike outlets I stay in Michigan and we never get any Jordan's in the outlets so I guess depending on which state you live in. Also retail is always gona be better than resell higher value.
