DatZNasty:
MJ pushed off on Russel, yes he got away with that one.
I'm sure MJ did push Byron at some point in his career, and I'm sure he has gotten away with it during his career.
But here? Right before this shot was taken?
Nope. Watch the replay again, but this time watch it like this: forgetting what you think you know.
- Jordan's hand never presses into Bryon's body, and I'm pretty sure you have to press someone in order to push them
- Bryon was defending the drive so hard, he was setting himself up to be crossed. The worst offensive player in the league today would have known to stop andpop right there
Do you have the Ultimate Jordan DVD released last year, that has all of Jordan's videos + 5 of his most memorable games? In EVERY single game (except the69 on Boston), Jordan does that same exact move from the same exact spot... SAME EXACT MOVE FROM THE SAME EXACT SPOT... at least once. And it was nevercalled. Through those other 4 games on the DVD, that is at LEAST 4 other occurrences where he did the EXACT same thing from the EXACT same spot, and at least 4times where no call was made; not on him, and not on his defender. Some games, he did it twice.
On the DVD, you can see once where he did it in the flu game on Hornacek and I swear, Hornacek looked like a carbon copy of Bryon Russell right before that'Last Shot'.
