Hello,

I'm trying to dye the sole of my Phoenix foamposites black cause the soles starting not to look good after alot of wearing.

I used seaglow and black rit dye and follow some instructions I saw on Youtube.

The picture above is the result of using seaglow and black rit dye and letting them dry for 2 days before toughing them. I noticed even after 2 days the dye would rub off if I barely touch the sole, so I decided to try to wipe off the excess dye to see what happen.

After whipping off the excess dye this is the result I got. The sole is still black, but not super black like I want them, but the soles no longer bleed.

Is there anyway I get get the soles super black without them bleeding allover the place? Do I have to seaglow and use dye multiple times to get the super black sole?
