sup NT canada, where can I cop some big sized staight leg jeans (38+), the ones I see are below 38, and big sized Tees (2XL+) without messed up collars nearthe GTA?

I think there is a BIG & TALL place called Richard's or something.. Might have to Google that one.. Also, depending on what brand(s) you are lookingfor, a lot of the urban brands carry size 38 pants and 2xl shirts..

I wear 38 and 2XLs and don't really have a tough time finding stuff. Check out Uptown...
