Plz help unable to log into my main account - password does not work & not receiving emails to reset password (had to make new account just to post )

As the tittle says, I am unable to login to my main account. The password which I know is correct is not working and when I try to reset the password I am not receiving the emails to allow me to reset it.
I have checked the spam folder as well and nothing is in there. I had to create this 2nd account just to post this... my username is versaceboy54 and the email used is [email protected]

any help you could give me to help reset it would be greatly appreciated
