Feedback Post per page (PPP) limit, please raise.

Can you think long and hard about upping the current default of post per page or at least give us the option to change it from the default 20. Some of these threads have been going on for a decade and have thousands of pages with 20 PPP.

I agree. A thread can move pretty fast during a release. I had my set to 50 and I could sort through to the useful non bickering stuff faster

I did a bit of research myself and it seems that this new platform doesn't have that option. There's only a single global setting for PPP and it's not a great idea to change it once you've set it.

There appears to be an externally developed third party add-on to the forum back-end which will allow users to set their own posts per page but I'm not sure that the mods will go for it. Either way, happy for someone to contact me if they want some further information.

Interesting. I'm guessing changing the posts per page will mess up all the linking since now posts will appear on different pages than they originally did?

I think this definitely needs to change.
