eBay auction are legal contracts, and backing out of legal contracts is fraud. Every time an NTer has been proven to be a fraud, I've banned them.

same thign happened to me with a pair of nike free rods. seller backed out saying his brother took them to flight club. two weeks later herelisted them...hasn't been able to move them. also, i believe daraiderfan is an NTer.

#1. Backing out of a legal contract is fraud.
#2. Refunded me quickly? He refunded me a full 4 days later, and that was only after I contacted him about whether they had shipped yet or not.
#3. I've banned people before for failing to deliver goods they committed to deliver after receiving payment and then refunding payment days later withoutcommunicating beforehand. Twice. I'm not putting any names out, because, not to be rude, but it's none of your business. But yes, I would ban someoneon your behalf doing the same thing.
#4. First you're saying 'It's just a sneaker', which is basically 'You should calm down'; now you're saying 'It's immoral,but not fraud', which is basically 'You shouldn't ban him.' Can anyone possibly speak on the sizing of Birthday IV's for me?....

I've recently come across a NDS sz 8 pair (the owner of this pair claims they run big, along the lines of 8.5/9-*@+)

and

a DS sz 7.5 pair, which I was originally concerned may be too tight for me.


I have a pair of blk/reds sz 8 that I wear w/ regualarity and they fit me fine, although are a little snug to get in to (just the way the shoe is made Ithink). I assumed all colorways of the IV's fit the same, but perhaps I could be wrong?

I'd much rather go w/ the DS pair even though theyd cost me more, but I dont want to get the 7.5's and they be too tight...any opinions?...
