so that was the initial run four years ago? or what was made up recently?

Paid immediately.

That was Friday. I e-mailed him a few hours ago asking if they had shipped yet, and I just got a refund notice from PayPal a couple minutes ago.

I've been looking for these in my size for years.

I'd say he either changed his mind, or he's selling them to someone else, giving them a hookup. 'I'll just refund the money, and sell them toyou.'
