Can't really tell from the nubuck on whether these are smudges or dirt from wear and tear.
Personally I'd offer the guy $90-$100 for them.
I mean the sole look piss yellow, I'd inspect them before hand.

Surprisingly, $100 is a steal for these in this condition. Just clean them up if you can and you're good to go.

$100 is a great price for them. the nubuck can be clean. Get the midsole painted and the bottom seaglowed or retrobrited and you got a vnds pair of kicks again!
