Problems ordering with FOOTLOCKER?

I am able to login just fine to my VIP account.

Once I try to checkout, the site/app keeps asking me to change my password. No matter how many times I change it, the same issue occurs.

Does not matter if it's the app on a iPhone or on the desktop (I've tried multiple browsers). Same issue persists.

I have called FootLocker VIP customer support 3x in the last 3 weeks. Every time I call they pretend this is the first time they've ever heard of the issue. They claim they are forwarding the issue to the IT department. And yet nothing changes. 

I even had the customer service rep try to log into her own VIP account and she had the same issue.

Anyone else experiencing this? 

This is really going to suck if I miss out on the Trunner OG's releasing tomorrow.
