As rap goes on, there are less and less things you can say that we havent heard before. Some rappers, like QB's, might get heard spittin these checkdown bars. They usually take little effort either due to lack of skill or just pure laziness/fear of taking chances.
The checkdown in football is used when there is no big play downfield, so the QB chooses to checkdown to a receiver in close vicinity. (see below)
