Real or Fake? "Max Air"

I am about to go pick these two pair of shoes up. From what y'all can tell, do the ones on the left look fake? I wasn't sure because the inside foot is stitched, not glued.

I couldn't find them online either.

Here are a few other pics. They look to be fake to me but I don't know.

I'm paying $90 for both pairs.

To me it looks the the insole was ripped out, so there is a decent chance that they're legit
