Recommend me a heavy duty umbrella VOL CA weather

My umbrella just got owned by the wind and flipped inside out. It's time to upgrade to a heavy duty umbrella. What are your choices? 
 
That first one looks pretty big. Second seems more normal sized. I"m assuming Totes make good umbrellas?

CA weather doesnt require a heavy duty umbrella.  Just sayin...

CA weather can get pretty bad, remember what happened last year? I will be prepared this year.

you know it only rains a average of 20-30 days a year in california and probably 5 of those days are heavy.
