Remember that plane Diane Von Furstenburg's son Alex hire to fly over Miami Beach that put Reggie Miller on blast for cheating with Alex's fiance Ali? Well now Reggie has taken out a restraining order against him:

"I will beat you down," Von Furstenberg threatened Miller on October 17, according to the court papers. It happened when Miller pulled up to Coogie's Beach Café and his passenger got out of the car to pick up food. Suddenly, Von Furstenberg pulled up next to Miller and blocked in his car. Miller managed to pull into a parking lot and then Von Furstenberg exited his vehicle and demanded Reggie fight, "making threats of physical violence for approximately three minutes." Several people witnessed the event.

When Miller's companion returned to the car, Von Furstenberg followed them, cut off their vehicle and continued to threaten him, even though Von Furstenberg had children in the car
