His campaigns are more about educating, rather than being a candidate for President. Running enables him to get a bigger platform for people to hear his message. He knows he has no shot, but like I said, his candidacy is all about educating the masses.

What? Ron Paul has more in common with Progressives than the murderer that's in office now, and supposedly was voted the "most liberal" in Congress.

If Ron Paul wins the Republican ticket, we'll see Obama's true potential and not this BS "Centrist" view with Tea Partiers.

I wish he does make it so we Americans can have the opportunity to vote based on true debates and none of this BS ethical/fundamentalist/Christian debates.

With the Electoral College system even  marginal candidate can easily "split the vote".
Nader did in 2004 (may even have in 2k). Gore won anyway but it would've been by a wider margin where Bush's vote fraud wouldn't have mattered anyway. The same with Kerry.
