No, you do not need to migrate your own ezboard account into Yuku or register a new Yuku account to send a PM to an ezboard user account that has been imported into Yuku.
To send a PM to an ezboard user who has been imported their account into Yuku. Simply:
1. Log into your own (ezboard) control center
2. On the right side under inbox, click "Send a Message"
3. Type in the recipients username, it must be spelled correctly but it is not case sensitive.
Note - If it is a local user, the name must be formatted name@boardname
