Sending money through paypal with no accout?

Hey, I googled this and found it's possible to send money without an paypal account but can't figure out how. Let's say i want to purchase something off a seller here from niketalk and want to pay them through paypal but don't have an paypal account and don't want to make one. Is there a way for them sending me an invoice or something like that that let's me pay with my credit card with no paypal account? I had a paypal account years ago but I got scammed and lost some money so I don't want to make it again.

I believe you just need a credit card and an email address to send payment, but the person on the other end may receive the payment as an E-check, which takes a few days to clear, like a real check would.
