Sizing on Puma Disc Blazes

I am about to purchase a pair of disc blazes and have never had a friend or acquittance have a pair and was wondering if one of my fellow niketalkers could give me some insight as to how they fit. I'm a true size 11.5 and was wondering if I should stay with that or size up/size down. Any help is appreciated.
